These General Services include Carbon Monoxide Inspection, Air Filter Inspection, Wiring and Connection Inspection, Identifying Hot and Cold spots, Indoor Air Quality Testing, Gauging Electrical Systems, Moisture Testing, Insulation Inspection, and Review Home Energy Bills.

    Equipment Maintenance
    Maintaining HVAC equipment and keeping it working longer is much less expensive then replacing it once it fails. During the lifetime of your HVAC system, costs will stay down and occupants will be comfortable due to proper maintenance. If you are unsure of when you need to be scheduling maintenance appointments, give us a call and we can talk to you about what you should consider getting done once we know more about your HVAC equipment (model, size, and how well it is working). Maintenance includes cleaning heating and cooling system parts or components such as Air Filter Cleaning, Coil Cleaning, and Duct Cleaning.

My wife and I are extremely happy with Carolina Air Services. Tracy and his team have been providing semi annual service for us as well as emergency repair services for many years. We recently had them replace two 20 year old HVAC systems with modern, updated equipment. This installation was not a simple replacement. It involved relocating both the indoor furnaces and outdoor units to accomplish some other goals that we have.
